Robert Kuok Hock Nien born in 6 October 1923 at Johor Bharu, Johor , Malaysia.He is a Malaysian Chinese billionaire businessman and entrepreneur. According to Forbes his net worth is estimated at $10.3 billion in 2015, making him become the richest businessman in Malaysia.He monopolies the business of sugarcane in Malaysia and Asia but he also an entrepreneur of flour milling, oil, mining, finance, hospitality, properties, trading, freight and publishing.Besides in Malaysia,He also owned his companies and investments in many countries .
From a stall keeper to a billionaire
Robert's father came from Fujian, China. When his father came to malaysia ,his father opened a grocery shop which sold some sugar, salt , rice and flour. So he was a stall keeper in his father's shop.Afterwards, Robert was planed to study at Singapore, but during 1942 Malaya was under attacked by Japanese army and he was forced to give up his study.During 1943, he began in business as an office boy, and later started a business with relatives' support.
Later, he became a clerk in a Japanese industrial of rice trading department.After the world war 2, he and his two brothers and a cousin founded Kuok Brothers Sdn Bhd in 1948 .In 1959, Kuok formed Malayan Sugar Manufacturing Co. Bhd in perlis which the famous brand name "Gula Prai".
In 1962, he continued to invest heavily in sugar refineries.He almost monopolized the malaysian sugar market which about 80% with a production of 1.5 million tones ,which equally to 10% of world production.Soon the name of "sugar king of Asia" was born.
In 1971, he built the first Shangri-La Hotel, in Singapore.
His first foray into Hong Kong property was in 1977, when he acquired a plot of
land on the newly reclaimed Tsim Sha Tsui East waterfront, where he built the
second hotel, the Kowloon Shangri-La. In 1993, his Kerry Group acquired a 34.9%
stake in the South China Morning Post from Murdoch's News Corporation.
Not only in Malaysia ,his companies have investments in many
countries, including Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, China,
Indonesia, Fiji and Australia. Businesses in China include 10 bottling
companies for Coca Cola, and ownership of the Beijing World Trade Centre.Freight interests include Malaysian Bulk Carriers Berhad and
Transmile Group.

The first target is Robert Kuok ,because most of the economies income is came from Robert's investment.For the benefit of their cronies UMNO , what he do is "swallowed" Kuok 's sugar company in Perlis.His cronies dont know how to maintain this
company and caused some dispute between others and lastly this resulted in the loss the sum over than 20 billion!

Robert's lost his hard work built sugar company in Malaysia.His been forced to build his sugar company at others country.But because of this thing happens he created a victory history to himself.He immediately bought the largest sugar factory in Australia.but also he invested $ 10 billion in Indonesia to develop the world's largest sugarcane -growing areas , as well as advanced refinery.With the high technology of manufacturing sugar,he able to sell the sugar in Asia but also in US, soon he becoming the sugar king of world.
Today he is the richest man in Malaysia,and second richest in South East Asia after Dhanin Chearavanont of Thailand, according to Forbe's List of World Billionaires 2013 which Robert Kuok was placed 76th.
